All orders are carefully packed and posted from the UK using Royal Mail.

UK Standard Delivery – £1.00
Sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class.

UK 1st Class Delivery – £2.00
Sent by Royal Mail 1st Class.

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of receiving your order.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally take longer, particularly during busy periods such as the run-up to Christmas.

If you order more than one set of gift tags, we'll package your items together wherever possible, so you only pay the delivery charge shown at checkout.

Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
